Please don't do this during the loan processing period!

• Change, quit jobs or close existing business

• Lease or buy a car, co-sign for others or any large purchase that might cause new debts

• Apply for new credit card or max out your credit cards

• Use any undocumented money to close any accounts

• Use your down payment to buy some stocks

• Go abroad or business trip without ask whether you should get a Power of Attorney

• Transfer any large undocumented deposits into your bank account or shuffle money between accounts
